What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in resale condition, with refunds issued within 14 days of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, Randello will arrange return shipping at no cost and provide a full refund, replacement, or repair in line with UK consumer law. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 7–15 business days within the UK and 15–20 business days internationally.
