What payments can I make?
We take all the usual modern methods — cards, digital wallets and the payment options shown below. For larger orders, you can also spread the cost with Klarna, because sometimes treating yourself requires a little financial diplomacy. Sadly, shillings are no longer accepted, and despite our best efforts, neither are buttons. Shame really — we had a jar ready.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in resale condition, with refunds issued within 14 days of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, Randello will arrange return shipping at no cost and provide a full refund, replacement, or repair in line with UK consumer law. When will I get my order?
Most UK orders arrive within 7–10 days, while international deliveries typically take 10–15 days. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to get everything shipshape before dispatch.
Where are are products manufactured?
Designed in Britain and our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
