Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in resale condition, with refunds issued within 14 days of receipt. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, Randello will arrange return shipping at no cost and provide a full refund, replacement, or repair in line with UK consumer law.
